By shopping with Alderglow Events you agree to the following terms. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering — we answer fast.

Orders & crafting

Made-to-order gowns are cut to your confirmed measurements and require 8–12 weeks for crafting. Delivery estimates are given in good faith; we will always tell you promptly if a timeline shifts.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider. Discount codes apply to one order each and cannot be combined with other codes.

Returns

Ready-to-wear gowns may be returned unworn within 14 days. Made-to-order gowns are final sale, except where we have made a sizing or crafting error — which we will always put right. See Returns & Exchanges.

Intellectual property

Gown designs, photographs, and copy on this site belong to Alderglow Events and may not be reproduced without permission.
