Gowns follow standard bridal sizing (US 0–24). Measure your bust, waist, and hips, and add them to your order notes — a stylist confirms your size before cutting. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up; taking in is always easier.

Please allow 8–12 weeks for crafting plus time for local alterations. Ordering 6–9 months before your wedding is ideal. In a hurry? Contact us — rush crafting is sometimes possible.

Yes — sleeve additions, neckline adjustments, and train lengths are our most requested customizations. Send your gown choice and notes through the contact form for a quote.

Made-to-order gowns ship 8–12 weeks after your measurements are confirmed. Ready-to-wear pieces ship within 5 business days. Every parcel travels in protective bridal-box packaging.

You receive a tracking link by email the moment your gown leaves the atelier. If a parcel ever stalls, forward us the number and we will chase it with the carrier the same day.

Yes, we ship worldwide with full tracking. Duties for your country are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.

Ready-to-wear gowns may be returned unworn, with tags attached, within 14 days. Made-to-order gowns are cut for you and are final sale — though we will always make sizing errors right.

Send photos within 7 days of delivery and our fitters will advise — complimentary size exchanges on unworn gowns, or alteration credit toward your local tailor.

Join the newsletter in the footer and your welcome email carries a 10% code for your first gown. One code per bride, combinable with sale prices.

Private fittings run Tuesday–Saturday at our Hudson atelier, or over video from anywhere. Book here with your preferred date and the gowns you love.
